And so we reach the end of this long maze and at long last we meet our first Enforcer of Ouroboros. No.X, The Phantom Thief, Blueblanc.

Wait... Phantom Thief B... B!! HE'S THE PRICK THAT SENT ME IN CIRCLES DURING THAT ONE QUEST IN THE LAST GAME!! OOOHHOHOHO NOOOO YOU DON'T!!! Anyway, after showing off one of the Gospel's he has he then unleashes a mighty big centaur robot after our asses, let's kill this thing!!

Alright, the Storm Bringer, by himself, he isn't too harsh, some of his attacks do moderate damage at best. But here's the problem, there was a certain annoying enemy in this dungeon I did not like, and of course... THEY ARE FUCKING ACCOMPANYING THIS THING!!

Remember Fango and Bronco from FC, every time they die they would power up their buddies? That's exactly what these things do, so when they die, they power up not only their buddies, but the Storm Bringer too. So those moderate damaging attacks, become LETHAL damaging attacks. So? What's the best course of action? Kill em' all really, because I do not believe that the stat boosts rise after one load of buffs. So they can power up as much as they want, it only works once.

So might as well kill off all the small fry at once, so that way you don't get completely overwhelmed by their powered up forms with the big guy on you as well.

Recommended to play defensively in this fight, if you have Agate with you, I'm sure you can be a little more reckless, but I don't, I have Scherazard with me, and I wouldn't have it any other way.

Once you dealt with the Storm Bringer, the Phantom Thief displays his techniques, he's like a freakin' ninja man. He also seems to have a major fascination with Kloe, and has developed a rivalry with Olivier in terms of... art? Iono. But Dorothy saves the day surprisingly and we turn the tables.

But now that we know that Ouroboros is active, what state are the other places like? We'll find out soon enough.

Note: I'm not going to like this guy... Bleublanc... huh!
