With the start of a new chapter, we have a few missions to undertake, the majority of them violent this time around. We need to cast a vaguely described spell, which requires some water, wind, and mirage sepith that will be cast in a battle. Then we need to beat down some recruits at one of the gates, which is a pair of battles. After that is an extermination which is yet another battle. Finally, we undertake the storyline extermination, meaning a few more fights.

Off camera, since I knew I would be pressed for time, I fought a few Abyss Worms outside of the Mainz Mining Tunnel. I am higher level than I should be for this entire chapter, but due to time constraints, I did it anyway. The worms are not that difficult to beat, and due to the way the EXP system works, you are guaranteed a level off each of them until you get close to the upper limit for the chapter. Additionally, part of the reason I did this is that I was robbed of my win a chapter without dying reward in the previous chapter, so I now have the overwhelming firepower to do it this chapter.
