This game is Legendary Axe 2 (Ankoku Densetsu in Japan). It is a side scrolling platform video game released in 1990 by Victor Musical Industries for the PC Engine / Turbografx 16 console. There are 4 weapons to choose from: sword, axe, sickle chain and smart bomb. There are 7 levels in the game, at the end of each level is a boss.
