Legendary Tales 1.000.020 update - Week Four Patch is ~300Megabytes. More of"good update/great game"
Music on lead in is Malumba
Starfield IS NOT Star Citizen
298Megabyte update and the install size has remained ~ same.. 1.000.019 ~7.21GB becomes 1.000.020 and still 7.21GB install size (300megabytes of code change; YAY!!)
Well done Urbanwolf - you are hitting it "out of the park"

previous notes:
Legendary Tales is a fantastic title in the Walking Action Role Playing category.
The recorded footage just doesn't deliver justice...
I see in one point I am walking up a path and the castle battlements have some distant fires to be seen beyond them.. the TV only gets footage from 'one eye' - and so misses the 'resolution doubling' notion that the other eye, if it sees the alternate pixel 'every other frame', renders and even subtler 'distant' light projection that the art team have made use of (looks like candles/fire afar)..On the TV it flickers in a way that suggests the game world has fidelity issues .. the rendering under the headwear is a whole 'nother dimension.
The field of view being so surrounding, when pop ups like 'controller disconnected' happen, they are ignorable.. (tiny area of FOV).. and the way the devs have lain the lighting through the level- challenges draw you in, and the 3D fight that ensues has lighting to emphasise location.. it is easy to track and totally engaging.
I do get caught up in the immersive world, a place where I feel most of my movements actually matter.
when I am speaking and just say stuff back to front (eg starfield not star citizen), it is because I am first and foremost surviving in a legendary taling fantasy world.
Tops marks Urbanwolf, appreciate your commitment to detail and polish, thankyou VERY much!!

Todays' setup:
Picture:
Panasonic HDR10+ OLED TV, calibrated
Sound:
PS5 into Cambridge DAC Magic (USB cable and iPurifier3 using UAC1 USB mode)
DAC Magic feeding Digital Output to a Yamaha CD recorder for 'reclocking', and then onto an Audio Gd R28 (DAC) and onwards to a Naim integrated amplifier which feeds Krix tower speakers and a Sunfire Subwoofer (via sub 'preamp' outputs).
Recording:
android mobile phone using dual cameras simultaneously
for the videos where I listen via some in ear monitors (Sennheiser IE80BT); they are using a Fiio BTA30 (Bluetooth trick box and DAC).
the BTA30/BTA30 Pro take USB audio direct from console and allow feeding digital onto 'other DACs' (without UAC1 USB input) as well as transmitting using true low latency bluetooth modes (and much mich more).
I wouldnt need the Cambridge DAC Magic if I had a Fiio BTA30, that being said I only use the DAC Magic as a digital in/out switch box for a range of sources...
I believe most gamers will be served best by some 'studio'/flatline In Ear Monitors (IEMs) that are fed straight from the PSVR2 headset.
For this task I recommend some 'discounted' Astell and Kern AKZero1 IEMs. they need a couple of hundred hours on the units for the absolute last word in detail retrieval to come through (the planar tweeter takes a long time to find its' stride), but if you can score a set for cheap; they are power efficient and don't REQUIRE inline amplification to sound their best, and they are one of the last stops on the bang to buck logarythm that becomes 'crazy prices' beyond this.
Get the grey ones as they come with a 3.5mm connector. (AK ZERO1)
Otherwise a Fiio BTA30 might allow you to use your present 'hi end' bluetooth setup?!
cheers/and have fun
