Motive: Justin Lawson reveals himself as Messenger X and he was the one behind all the events that have took place. He killed Elenaor Halsted for two reasons. The first reason was because he wanted to kill Douglas Clyde but Elenaor took that chance away from him and the second reason was because He knew that Elenaor only wanted to date him was so she could be in power which was something he never wanted.

AI: After finally arresting Messenger X, we all celebrate knowing that his killing game is finally over. Mayor Brown and Joe Warren come to congratulate us on our victory for bringing Justin Lawson to Justice. We also attend a ceremony where Reins Halsted is promoted as chief inspector and Charles Knight is promoted as the new prison warden. We were all about to celebrate by throwing a party but Charles calls us and tells us to get to the prison because Lawson Wants to talk to us. We go to his cell and he laughs as usual because of how crazy he truly is. He first congratulated us for catching him but he tells us that the killing game is far from over. We ask him what he means and he says that he is not the only messenger in Grimsborough orchestrating the killing game. He reveals that he is part of a group call the Messenger Trio and he is the first member. The other two are code named Messenger Y and Messenger Z. At first we think he is lying and is just trying to ruin the mood. But after we leave Lawson’s cell, we get a call from an unknown caller and when we answer it, it was a woman’s voice and she introduces herself as Messenger Y. She tells us that she and Messenger Z have been watching us and that they are impressed with what we have done so far. They tell us to enjoy our victory for now but when the time comes, more trouble will be on our way. We tell the chief about this and is obviously shocked about it. We have Elliot trace the call and it was somewhere in Old Town, the third district. Looks like Lawson was right, this killing game is far from over. But we will do whatever it takes to get to the true end. Goodbye Paradise City, Hello Old Town, that is where we are going next.
