After the Avengers retrieve Loki's septer, they return to Avengers Tower to do research on it. Stark wants to take the essence within the septer and combine it into his iron legion, so the Avengers could retire creating peace on earth. However the new lifeform named Ultron attacks Jarvis and creates himself a physical body. While the Avengers are throwing a massive party, Ultron uses this opportunity to announce this plan to destroy the Avengers to create peace on earth.
