Lemmings Playstation Glitch on The Prison! Level
2This is what happens when you place the staircase to the second half of the playing field on the Taxing level "The Prison!" If you don't place the staircase exactly right, when it bumps the bars in the upper right part of the screen, the last step the lemmings places magically vanishes, and he plunges to his doom.
The second part of the video shows what happens if you try to place another bridge to fix the gap. Instead of fixing the gap, the lemming steps over it, places one more stair, bumps the bars, turns around, and falls through the gap where the glitched step had vanished from.
In order to circumvent this glitch, you must start this staircase as far to the right side of the platform as possible before your Lemming falls, so that it butts up against the bars in just the right manner so that the final step doesn't vanish.
Crawl and 1000 found this glitch. I didn't have it happen to me when I played this level. I must have gotten lucky and placed the bridge exactly right.
