If you enable debug mode and press 1 or 7 on the numpad (turn off numlock), you can enter free camera mode (Like in Harry Potter and Chamber of Secrets. On some levels you can't fly out of bounds). Alternativetly you can type "freecam" in the console to enter free camera mode (type again to disable it).
The only thing that is assigned to numpad 1 button (in defuser.ini) are "set playercontroller bZeroRoll False | set playercontroller rotation" commands, and the only thing that is assigned to numpad 7 button is MoveUp, which means that developers hardcoded "freecam" command into 1 and 7 numpads buttons.
