How has my new friend been doing? Hope everything is going well. I get hungry when I see the eating videos! Would love to get an easy sticky rice recipe from you if you have one. I know about the bamboo hat for flavor, just not sure what exact rice to get from the Nam Dae Mun Farmers Market. I love me some sticky rice with some hot sauce. My friend growing up was from Laos. Peng Manyvong, introduced me to the custom. Back in elementary school. Many years ago I had attempted to make the Sticky Rice and went to the Asian Supermarket that was on Ash street. At the time I had no idea the hat being made from bambo, gives the rice the flavor. I remember it was not explained well and when I got home my grandmother thought I bought a hat to wear from there haha. No days, YouTube has many videos on this... But if you have made one I would watch it instead. Not in a hurry to make it. Just if its something you needed a suggestion for a cooking video, that might be an easy one for you, and of course, I would watch it.
