This video walkthrough shows you how to go about in the bonus levels, technically, this is not really a part of Lep's adventure to recover all the stolen gold coins and rescue the villagers, it is also locked and can only be opened with those gold keys scattered throughout the different areas in the game and if you were diligent enough to collect them all, there shouldn't be any problem.

All the levels featured in the bonus area takes place in different locations too, from mountains, deserts, dark forest, underground river, skyland and many more. and just like in the normal areas and levels you have gone through, the levels in the bonus area also features a checkpoint midway through, make sure to raise the flag so you won't have to start at the beginning of the level in case our little leprechaun dies, there are also a lot of gold coins available for you to collect, and also some pots of gold, pine cones to be used against the enemies, powerups to make you invulnerable for a short period of time and even coin magnets to make the collection of gold coins much easier. Indeed, the bonus area is just as much fun as the normal areas you have gone through.

It will be quite challenging though as there will be a lot of obstacles you need to go through, there will be the usual crumbling blocks and other moving platforms, spikes, lava pits, lots of gaps that require precision jumping, fireballs the shoots up and down from those lava pits and so much more. Not to worry too much though as our little leprechaun is quite capable, besides running and jumping, he can also double jump, wall jump and even wall slide, he can shoot pine cones too so make sure you have enough supply of pine cones so he can shoot at those nasty creatures bent on stopping him from completing his quest to recover all the gold coins and save the villagers including his family and friends.

You'll also encounter a lot of enemies in the bonus area, these enemies are the ones you have encountered throughout the game, they are the snails that move to and fro, those horned snails that are quite dangerous, those spiders that hang on their webs, those worms that bob up and down from their tubes, wasps, bees and even birds that fly through the air, and those climbing critters that go round and round the platforms which makes makes you think twice before jumping onto the platforms. There are also some underwater creatures that you need to contend to when swimming, like those piranhas, angler fish, those nasty octopus that bobs up and down and even the occasional frogs, Indeed, Lep's adventure is going to be quite a challenge.

Besides those cool powerups that you can use, there are also cannons that fires you to a greater distance and poles that you can swing onto and even portals to take your character to far flung areas. Although this is only a bonus level, it does offer as much fun and challenge that you have experienced throughout the game.
