Lethal Crisis - 7B - Insanity Fortress

I finally managed to beat the game for the first time last night, so I'm super excited to record the rest of it. That said, I could use some input.
Getting the S rank on this stage enables you to get the S rank on stage 9, which immediately kicks you into the last section of the game, a gauntlet of several stages that you have to beat in one stretch. No saves, no continues - if you die or quit, you have to start over from stage 9.
Up until this point, I've been aiming to get every rank I can on each stage before moving onto the next one, but that's a bit of a daunting prospect given the circumstances. Quite frankly, I'd rather just blitz the rest of the game and come back to grab 100% after the fact, when the stages are playable as normal. On the one hand, that sort of feels like cheating at this point. On the other, I'm quite likely to put my gamepad through my monitor trying to do things the hard way, and it's going to take *much* longer to get the rest of the game recorded.
Anyone have an opinion one way or the other?
