Let's Build a Tin Can Robot! Recycling Project
This craft building kit by Green Science is a perfect project for both young and weathered engineers, teaching about electronics and recycling! The project cannot be completed unless the builder recycles an aluminum soda can. (I chose Coke Zero Caffeine Free for mine)
This video works as a tutorial for the kit. If you are looking for hints, tips, or inspiration on building a project of your own, I have included a convenient "Scene Selection" below about the building process:
0:21 - Unboxing and part overview
2:52 - Assemble the battery compartment and casing
5:05 - Assemble the wheel and axle system
6:59 - Connect the wires
8:09 - Attach the body rings (To house the soda can)
12:09 - Attach the "legs"
13:59 - Add the bendy straw "arms"
14:58 - Add the googly eyes and wire eyestalks
