Covert Action is a nice game. Its highest difficult setting, "Global Crisis", is extremely difficult. But if you cheat using the magic of DOS emulators which allow for savestates, you can rack up superhuman achievements with relative... well, I wouldn't call it "ease", but at least "possibility".
