Sorry folks, this will probably be the last version of Ubuntu that features Unity. Ubuntu 18.04 will use GNOME as its default DE.
Also, if you can't tell already, Ubuntu GNOME will cease to exist as a separate flavour.
In this video we're gonna install Ubuntu 17.04 and check out Unity 8.

Observations:
- Unity 8 is a lot (by a lot I mean A LOT!) faster than Unity 7.5 (I can't even use Unity 7.5 in a VM).
- Unity 8 is kinda unstable (but that's normal... the development for it was stopped)
