3Time to check the Demo of "Ultros", a 2D side scrolling action platformer game, a metrodivania.
The game takes place on The Sarcophagus — a cosmic uterus holding an ancient, demonic being.
You explore and meet its inhabitants and strange creatures, trying to understand the world and the part you play into it.
The game has amazing hand drawn psychedelic visuals, looking like comic by the legendary artist Moebius that came to life. Also it has pretty good music and sound design.
Combat and movement, also are pretty smooth. You have to use all your move sets if you want to make the most out of killing enemies or explore this alien landscape.
Overall a great game for the fans of the Metroidvania genre, with unique art and mysterious premise. Check it out!
