There are many thanks to hate in life, beginning with the empty glass of beer, late arriving trains and the bare thrilling of traffic lights turning to red, once detected by it. And software bugs of course. And then there is Deep Rock Galactic Survivor, potentially having approximately the most bugs in it a game ever had.

...

...yes, even this bad comparison is a bit low, even for my standards (and gosh, they are low).


"What's about it?"

Almost everything I just said is wrong, except the beer thingy and the traffic lights. They do naturally hate me, there is nothing I could do about it. And trains are always late in Germany, so that one is true either.

Deep Rock Galactic Survivor came more or less a bit out of a sudden, is currently in an Early Access phase in Steam, and can be purchased right here: https://store.steampowered.com/app/2321470/Deep_Rock_Galactic_Survivor/

The "original" game - Deep Rock Galactic - came out in... 2018 I guess (now I'm too lazy to look it up), just being awesome in terms of multiplayer, shooting and dwarfes. Until today "ROCK AND STONE!" still haunts me (in a positive way), and of course is also included in Survivor. This time, we are not playing a multiplayer game as a first-person shooter, we see the world/mines from a top view, and our dwarf struggling to escape the hordes of more and more bugs coming right at us. The title is mandatory, but suffering always optional... so we do our best to take down every bug in sight, levelling up and heading towards the final boss of the caves - one of those very nice and friendly Dreadnoughts. Shooting is done automatically which needs actually some time to get used to it, but everyone having played one of the many Vampire Survivors (wait at second... is there a connection...?!) games out there, you will just be fine. Until you see the dreadnought. Then you are far from being fine.


"The first stages are quite easy!"

I will not start right from the beginning, to have more focus on Hazards 4 and 5. I will start with a short 'introduction round' in the first episodes, but then only doing Hazard 4 and 5, or whatever comes next. As Deep Rock Galactic Survivor is still in Early Access, there will surely be a lot more to come.


"Your English is under all pig"

This sentence makes no sense in English? But it does in German... nevertheless, usually I'm doing such recordings in German, swamping the unprepared world with bad jokes, genius word phrases and awesome video titles (yes, I'm still keeping myself down to earth), this time though I try my very best/worst/whatever in English for practice. And yes, of course to swamp more people with bad jokes, genius word phrases and awesome video titles. There is no escape.

The videos in English will be just marked with a [EN] sign, that's it.

I really will try my best, so I hope to get better in time. I hope to get rid of this -B2 English in... let's see... about 2030.
