The Legacy, Hack, Leaked, Prohibited version of MUGEN. I've found some fascinating and splendid stuff (ye i had touched some Null chars as well and ye most of 'em kinda have large size and tons of FXs tho - so ye' i got some of it hehe.) and ye these chars iz kinda OP (almost of winmugen's char already hacked and null'ed so this version just like "Feel free to see "us" show the insanity and more flashbang effects mixed up and also crash ur game UwU~~"
