Let's Play Armorines: Project S.W.A.R.M. Pt. 1 - It Starts With Not Questioning The Answers
No, there is, in fact, no commentary on this video. An hour-plus of trying, restarting every program and my whole computer today made no difference in Elgato not wanting to process my mic audio correctly, but here's something by way of gameplay for this one.
Armorines is more of what Acclaim was arguably doing best on the N64 -- comic book adaptations, large, exploration based level design and first person shooting in the style of Turok. They didn't reinvent really any of that here, and, if anything, the London studio that tried it this time around was a good deal sloppier than the Austin-based Iguana team working on the Turok games.
If I manage to get commentary working next time, be aware that while the visuals and plot borrow heavily from Starship Troopers, I'm personally far more capable of simply making references to Starkid's space opera Starship, as you may be able to tell from my title. -- Watch live at https://www.twitch.tv/howtoloseatvideogames19
