Things I forgot to record: the title screen, the fact that this is by Treasure and from 2003, and the fact that Tenma's son Tobio died in an accident so that's why Astro Boy exists HE IS TRYING TO MAKE A ROBOT FACSIMILE OF HIS DEAD SON

Also, sorry the audio balance is so poor and I'm so quiet! Apparently on air I sounded totally fine, so I guess it's just ustream's recording messing up; this is going to persist for the next six (T_T) recordings, so I'll go through and add subtitles later. Run 1 is complete but is basically less than half of the game, so for the rest of the runs I'll turn the game volume down.

This is played on a Gamecube with the Game Boy Player.

ASTRO BOY - guess.
PROFESSOR O'SHAY / DR. OCHANOMIZU - The quintessential kindly mad scientist, as opposed to Dr. Tenma's evil mad scientist. He is a father figure to Astro and often helps him out. He's the head of the Ministry of Science and often gets frustrated with the hoops he has to jump through to get anything done. Wants to create peace and unity between humans and robots.
WATO CHIYOKO - O'Shay's assistant, but in "The Three-Eyed One" she's Sharaku's caretaker (you'll meet him later on).
ALEJO - one of Astro's classmates.
