TOKUGAWA - I don't remember anything about this guy and I don't think he's in the Omega Factor yet. We'll find out about him later.
JETTER MARS - An Astro Boy-alike designed by Tezuka for a series that was originally a color remake of Astro Boy, but due to financial and copyright difficulties was changed into being a different, but very similar, character instead.
FUMOON - A character from Fumoon, an animated film based off of the manga Nextworld. Oh hey, I own Nextworld. I should read that sometime, I keep forgetting to. Anyway, the race of Fumoon have "psychic powers and intelligence beyond humans, who formulate a plan to evacuate hundreds of animals and a small group of people off the planet Earth." Thanks, Wikipedia!
HECATE - a witch collecting bitterness and sorrow. She's from the old Princess Knight cartoon, which when dubbed made her "Zinda, daughter of Satan," which is pretty cool.
DAICHI - the anti-Tobio. We'll learn lots, lots more about him later. I don't think he's part of the Star System per se, as I don't recall seeing him anywhere else, but I could be wrong.
ATLAS - the anti-Astro. Ditto. He shows up in Astro Boy adaptations all the time, particularly the 2003 series.
