0I have to apologize! I had some technical issues with this stream. I had hoped the new video card was going to smooth everything out, but I suspect it's actually so powerful that it's throttling my Ryzen 7 CPU. A Ryzen 9 is going on the shopping list for the future, and Baldur's Gate 3 is going back to PS5 for the next BG3 stream.
HOWEVER, I also had some issues with OBS so it's entirely possible that that was the cause of the trouble, not CPU throttling. I will have to do some investigation before making assumptions and spending money. I'll be doing a clean full reinstall of OBS before my next stream just to be sure.
As far as actual progress goes, I'm reasonably happy with my progress! I spent far too much time searching a cave for an item that it turned out I already had on me, so that was fun. But I also managed to finish a critical quest for opening up the actual city of Baldur's Gate to my party, so next time I stream it on PS5, we finally get to see the updated city! I've been looking forward to this sight since BG3 was first announced. I have very fond memories of my first sight of Baldur's Gate in the original BG1 game.
