Ack, this is where it gets...fun? A new enemy type is introduced, and as the video title suggests, they're ghosts. They're a complete pain in the ass, and this whole segment is probably the hardest in the game. A pro tip, however, is to cause ghosts to explode/disintegrate, as they cannot respawn if you kill them this way.
