Second army is recreated. We still miss three more HQ's to get to the original size. However I am thinking about another army reform - three North Armies (I., II., III.) and southern which would command both the colonies and the rest of Italy.
Also we should really start thinking about the navy and air wings. I just wish the force limits were lifted...
