After finding the Staff of Archbishop Lazarus, we find his lair down in the depths of Hell. Cain revealed that Lazarus has turned to the dark side and joined the forces of evil that plague Tristram and the realm of men. Before we can go after Big Evil (Diablo, not The Undertaker), we have to go through Lazarus and his hordes.

Diablo is an action role-playing game (ARPG) developed and published by Blizzard on PC in 1997. A PlayStation 1 version of the game was ported by Climax Studios and published by Electronic Arts in 1998. The game spawned two sequels, Diablo II (2000) and Diablo III (2012), and one spin-off, Diablo: Immortal (TBD). Diablo characters are also featured in Heroes of the Storm, Blizzard's multiplayer online battle arena (MOBA) game.

The town of Tristram was build next to an ancient cathedral that was built over the Soulstone of Diablo, the Lord of Hell. However, Diablo's influence has corrupted the town and its leadership leading to ruin and terror from demons now inhabiting the labyrinth beneath the cathedral. It's up to one traveler to navigate the terrors under the cathedral in order to end the threat of Hell.
