You'll need all of the Balloons from the game so far,including the ones from around the island and from the Genie challenges. You'll soon need all 4 pieces of the T.T. Amulet to reach the final boss room. The races here include Spacedust Alley,Darkmoon Caverns,Spaceport Alpha,and Star City. 2 Car and 2 Plane races this time.
