Wilson't caves were Lua coded in. So his world may not be fixable. I took Wickerbottom into her regenerated--pre-update--cave & she was fine. But she doesn't have any entrance to the 2nd level/Ruins or 2 working caves. I might be able to Lua a new cave into Wilson's world & I haven't tried to remove the game & reinstall. I don't know if that would kill all the saves. Been a while since I dealt with this.
