Lets Play: "Dragon Age Origins" Part 20
2It only took us TWENTY minutes to remember to PULL THE FUCKING LEVER! BUT eventually we remember and Ser Perth and his knights help us defeat the Revenant guarding the entrance to the castle. After defeating the Revenant and learning about them, we enter the castle and are greeted by Bann Teagan performing for the Lady and the Arl's son Connor. He's clearly possessed by some demonic entity. We eventually learn about a deal Connor made with this demon to protect his father, and now this demon is controlling this boy through the fade. Surely we cannot kill the boy. The Arl would NEVER agree to help us if we killed his son. We MUST find another way. The mage (Also the assassin hired to kill the Arl) showed up during our conversation to let us know about the circle of magi and how they might have another way for us to defeat the demon from WITHIN the fade, releasing the boy from its grip. We already needed to try and recruit the magi for our Grey Warden treaties so this seems like a great opportunity to head toward the circle tower, which is only a days ride away from Redcliffe Castle, and see if we can recruit the mages for their help.
