Steve had a great idea, head back to the Spingvale elementary school and use the library key and see what is in there. Should be easy enough, as the bad element that was there, had been removed just weeks before.

Nope, it would seem that new Raiders had setup and the Steve decided to continue to help with Moira Brown' book and see what sort of mess these Mirelurk are going to be.

Everything was fine, ran into 3 raiders along the way, but as Steve went to loot the bodies, from across the river a pair of Super Mutants decided to start shooting at Steve. Steve ran, found cover and started to take pop shots at them with his hunting rifle.. when a caravan trader showed up and they started to shot at him, he started to shoot back and it was utter chaos! The caravan trader took too much and got riddled with bullets and Steve was able to drop one of the Super Mutants, while the other went for a swim and that is when Steve decided to quickly and quietly loot the trader [this is the wasteland and Steve did not kill him] and then attempt to get back to Megaton before the other Super Mutant got out of the water.

Steve needs better gun skills when it comes to Super Mutants.
