Before we depart from The Hub for Necropolis, and leave the settlement a little worse than it was before we got there, we're going to do two side quests for the people of the criminal underworld of the town. We'll assassinate a merchant and his wife for Decker and also steal a very expensive necklace from the same merchant for Loxley, the self-proclaimed Robin Hood of the wasteland.
