3Galbadia has laid siege to the small fishing Town of Balamb and have taken over. Although they're looking for Ellone, there's no doubt they want to do to Balamb what they tried to do in FH, burn it to the ground. We must break the siege but we can't openly fight. This may require some tactical espionage...or maybe a game of Hide and Seek will have to do.
