Chapter 27: Pale Flower of Darkness. Part 2. Around this point Wyvern Riders will start spawning near Merlinus if he hasn't gotten his wagon. Might want to leave a couple units behind to protect him if that's the case. A couple turns later Karel showed up as an NPC,had Hector talk to and recruit him. If you kill 2 or more promoted units up to this point Karel appears,otherwise it's the Hero Harken. Once you're inside the main building,feel free to go after the enemies to the south if you wish. Don't forget to loot the nearby treasure chests too. Once the enemies are routed,it's time to face the boss Kenneth. He's a Bishop wielding a strong Aura Tome,and your magic users will barely put a dent in him. Stick to your melee dudes and he should fall pretty quickly. Just get ready to heal if needed. The party obtains the Fire Emblem after the fight! Now to make sure Prince Zephiel isn't killed so it can still be used.
