Let's Play FTL: Advanced as the Federation C - part 2
0FLT: Advanced edition run through (attempt) because even though the game is getting a bit old, it's still awesome. I've started a new profile to try to unlock all the ships and achievements.
I generally enjoy playing as a Federation cruiser because I tend to forget that it has the fricken laser beam during fights, so it's a nice surprise to suddenly blitz through the enemy shields and kick their arse. The type C cruiser however starts with no weapons, so you tend to be waiting and waiting (and waiting) for the artillery to fire... and the artillery isn't anywhere near as cool as the fricken laser beam unless you can pair it up with something deadly...

(I am working on the quality issues, a large part is living in a house with wooden floors, a wooden desk, walls made of some kind of cardboard and what I assume is the loudest keyboard ever made)
