Due to all the questions asking the same thing, here's the part of my Q&A on my blog explaining how to do this/what map I used/etc.
Q: How did you play Half-Life 2 in Garry's Mod?
A: If you have Half-Life 2 installed then you should have maps from that game available when you go to start a game. If they still aren't there after installing Half-Life 2, make sure it is mounted/enabled/whatever in Garry's Mod. To start from the beginning, choose d1_trainstation_01.
Q: Give me the addon
A: Not really a question, but anyway, what addon are you talking about? I used quite a few in this. Unless if you're talking about the "addon" to play Half-Life 2, then see the previous answer.
