This is a japanese only puzzle game, though I heard it was released for the DS under a new name and with new graphics.

"Guru" is the sound of things rolling, in Japanese.

I play through the first two worlds. It's a nice little puzzle game, but these games tend to have hundreds of levels, so this is a fine place to stop.
