Greetings Seekers,

This video continues my playlist of highlights from my NG+ Ultra Hard, Horizon Zero Dawn live stream. At this point, I have been hunting and adventuring in the Frozen Wilds DLC for several sessions. At the end of this video, I finally gathered all the collectibles in the zone and progressed to the hunting trials. That will be the next session or two.

The highlight of this play time for me was just letting the idea sink in that the game is beautifiul because it pulls from the natural world and it highlights the possibility of our more harmonious relationship with it. Kind of sappy, I know. But the Frozen Wilds DLC reveals it takes place in what was formerly Yellowstone National Park before it was sold to corporate interests for some clandestine project, and that wildlife preservation across the country was inevitably a lost cause at some point.

Just a lot of food for thought amidst all of the cool combat and visuals and I find it sticks with me.
