Unlike regular Tor, he has access to all attacks regardless of current remaining Health. All attacks start out with a frequency level of 1 and the frequency rate of each attack increases every time Iji takes damage from it. In addition to these rules, two Skysmashers will appear each time Tor lands. It is important to reflect the first few attacks to take destroy the Skysmashers as they are quite annoying to deal with. But also remember that you need the Resonance Reflector ready for when Tor fires his energy balls. Failing to do so three times will of course result in Iji getting blasted by the Phantom Hammer (instant Game Over).
