Trivia: Skalitz actually is referenced to the historical Silberskalitz (a municipality and village in Prague-East District in the Central Bohemian Region of the Czech Republic) where Sigismund did invade his army. The place was burned to the ground on March 23, 1403.

Sigismund chose Skalitz because silver was mined there and the town was administered by a hetman loyal to King Wenceslaus (Racek Kobyla).
