In this mission, we need to capture the radar dome first on the northern base before proceeding to the island in the middle. If the MCV is stuck, LET IT go to the transport. Save the game before you assault the northern base because there is a bug here if the enemy MCV is not able to deploy then your mission is unwinnable, even if you cleared all enemies (This bug hasn't been fixed in the remastered). The mission relies on scripting to progress to the next phase.

Once you let the enemy deploy their base on the island, you will be given a MCV too so transport it along with heavy tank escorts to the island. Prebuild an ore refinery for fast deployment as you get there and then build your second base. Destroy all enemy forces to win.
