4We're still stuck in Riku's head, going through revisits of worlds that we have already revisited multiple times in other game.
Warning, rant approaching:
You know, I think that's one of my main issues with this game. It's just the first game AGAIN. If Chain of Memories didn't already lazily try the copy-paste from the first game method this might've been more acceptable. But as it stands this game feels like the most run down and actually kind of boring ones in the series. I've been having so much trouble even trying to think of what to put here, it's ridiculous. Also, Days isn't any better when it comes to using worlds from the first game, but at least that one took worlds from the second game as well. Also, it added new areas to the worlds from time to time. So while it has committed the same crime as the other two, at least it went a step further, which is more than I can say from this one. And turning the world into square rooms doesn't count as progress either, nice try CoM.
You wanna know what the best part is? This isn't even the last time we're required to go through the same worlds again in this game. And if that STILL wasn't enough to convince you that this game is mostly just tedious and repetitive to complete than allow me to inform you that you have to play through each world MULTIPLE TIMES to complete the game, if you even meet the requirements, that is. If not? Good luck doing it AGAIN.
I really hate this game. I can't wait to get to Dream Drop Distance and just forget about this one.
