Byakuren Hijiri (The Sealed Great Magician)

An all round character with high stats and extremely expensive Passives. She has a single target Wind attack that buffs her Speed (does a higher buff it scores a kill). She has a single target Physical attack that can inflict Shock. Her only All Area move is a Spell that is Mystic based and can debuff Attack, Magic, and Speed. She has a composite Spirit attack that is single target and can debuff Attack and Defense as well as cause Silence. She also has a unique single target buff that copies all buffs and debuffs to another character. Leveling up this buff will make it so it only transfers buffs.

Her very expensive passives gives her buffs to her stats every turn and regenerate hp. Get all these passives and let her bulk up and then you can copy these buffs to anyone.
