Goddess of Wind and Rain. Moriya Shrine Goddess
A durable mage with a variety of elements at her disposal including a powerful single target cold element spell. She has decent stats across the board cept for Attack of course but levels a bit slower.
Mad Dance on Medoteko is a single target Spirit based composite attack with low delay. Misayama Hunting Ritual is a non element area spell that targets Defense rather than Mind. Beautiful Spring Like Suiga is her most powerful single target spell that is Cold element and has a somewhat long delay. Virtue of Wind God is her most powerful area spell that is Wind element and has the longest delay.
Overall, she is one of the best mages and one that has access to an actual good Cold based nuke. She is generally safe as an opener fourth slot in boss fights and can generally nuke even if a boss is about to take an action.
