We head back to Floor 21 to finally deal with the walking nuclear reactor.

Utsuho (Boss):
Consider the Flandre boss on crack. Utsuho sports many high powered Fire and Mystic attacks. She is rather vulnerable to Cold and slightly vulnerable to Spirit. She can be debuffed and hit with status effects I think but its a low chance and she is really fast. Her defenses are low so its easy to hurt her if you can get an attacker in long enough to strike a blow.

Much like Flandre, Utsuho will add more attacks to her options as her hp drops. First one she learns is Uncontainable Nuclear Reaction which does high Mystic damage (and slightly piercing) and buffs her Magic stat. This not only gets stronger with each casting but can make her later spells far more deadly. Hell's Tokamak is Fire based but is not piercing while sporting very high multipliers and can also debuff Mind so becareful of multiple castings. Enough Reactions and this spell can tear you apart. Her final spell Giga Flare is Mystic based and completely pierces defenses meaning only raw affinities and hp will soak it. Try your best to keep tanks up during this so you can swap in more attacks with each passing attack. This is a very chaotic fight.

She can drop an Extinction Cannon though I wouldnt farm for it.
