Let's Play Little King's Story - 37 Save The World
1Before I talk about the game lemme tell you what I had to do to salvage that cutscene. First there's no good versions online I could steal. Second, even though I saved the game after I beat it, it didn't unlock that cutscene in the video player. So, I dug through every folder in the game directory and found the video files. They aren't in a format I can edit so I had to play it and record the screen (that's why you see Play in the top corner for a second). But the videos don't have the subtitles encoded on them because the language can be different. I also found the font the game uses in the data folder so I installed that and manually added the subtitles by watching someone else playing the game.
All that done after I had to chop out a little bit that I'd left in on accident and we had to split the part as it was well over an hour long. See? I love you guys.
ANYWAY... Little King's Story. An adorable game that had a lot more meaning that you'd think at first look. I remember when I got the reveal at the end I was really taken aback by how well the game told the story of little Xerxes without even telling us we were in a story. Other than the title anyway.
