We're so back. In this episode, I felt like dusting off the old Mario Kart 64 game and playing a cup. Today's episode is the Star Cup on 150cc. Toad still has it and I did not peak in high school (Yay!). Here's a track breakdown...
Wario Stadium-Wario Stadium is a non issue. I still remember how to do the beginning walljump to leave all my foes in the dust. This gives me plenty of time to relearn the controls. Additionally I can stare at Wario's lovely face as I'm driving.
Sherbet Land-The icy depths of Sherbet Land prove to be a lot for our mushroom marauder. Luckily a penguin at the beginning ruins Wario and Nowser's Day, letting the pointless Princess run away with the 9 points. We get second but the spoiler effect eliminates any consequences.
Royal Raceway-Princess is back in God Knows Where and TweedleBowser and TweedleWario are returning to ruin my day. Toad gets a nice 2nd place again, but it is tough with all the items out there.
Bowser's Castle-Because of the previous 3 races, I can play Bowser's Castle as sloppy as I want and still come home with a 20 carat cup. And that's good because sloppy is the name of the game (actually it's Mario Kart 64 huehuehue).
Toad receives a 1st place cup, further cementing that he's the best, even if he only gets one 1st place in an actual race.
