Monsters, Inc. Scare Island. is a platform game by Artificial Mind & Movement for PlayStation, PC, and later PlayStation 2. It's a prequel to Pixar's Monsters, Inc. and set after Monsters University. Released in the US in 2001 as "Monsters, Inc. Scream Team".
The goal: Scare all robot kids ("Nerves") on Scare Island and graduate with honors. Collect bronze, silver, and gold medals throughout the game. Bronze, unlocked by scaring 5 Nerves, completes a level and reveals movie clips. Silver comes from finding 10 "Monsters, Inc." Tokens per level. Gold requires scaring all 8 Nerves in a level. Earning four bronze medals per training ground unlocks items to reach new areas.
