Finishing off the first main quest...well, the first proper one anyway, since killing the Gatekeeper isn't so much a quest as a roadblock.

Also remember what Kiliban said about the difference between Mania and Dementia. It's a recurring theme and will come back repeatedly, although it's rarely if ever pointed out. I TRY to make sense of it as I go along, when I remember to do so, but It'll be a cold day in Hell before I manage to do that properly, so help on that subject would be nice.

Yes I'm asking for a philosophical perspective on the nature of Sheogorath's madness, and the natures of Mania and Dementia...in a Bethesda game. It's not the weirdest thing, trust me.
