Let's Play Perfect Dark Part 9
0Stage 15: Carrington Institute Defense. The Skedar have launched an attack against the Institute for foiling their plans. The first thing you'll need to do is activate the 3 Gun Turrets in the basement. There's one close by on the higher level,and the other 2 are in fairly close proximity below it. Human soldiers are armed with K7 Avengers and have Shields! They're very dangerous,take them out one at a time if you can. Once all the turrets are on,head back upstairs. The Skedar have taken people hostage,and you'll need to try and save them. This can be incredibly difficult,sometimes they kill the hostages in a room before you have a chance to do anything. If you can prevent less than 4 deaths you'll be fine. There's 4 rooms total to check,so be quick on the draw and with your aiming. Once the objective is cleared,head back to the Weapons Lab and grab the prototype RC-P120 gun. A bomb will then be activated,wait about 15 seconds,then use the gun's cloaking device to quickly get to the Skedar ship in the basement. It uses up ammo to do this,so move fast. Once you find it,use your Data Uplink to plant a virus and move the ship away. Then head for the escape craft to end the mission. Stage 16: Attack Ship Covert Assault. Joanna has been captured by the Skedar and taken aboard their ship. Cassandra is here,and she'll act as a diversion so you can escape. This is probably the hardest part of the stage,try to take down the lone Skedar guard with your Knife to get his Mauler gun. Kill the other guard,then destroy the computer consoles nearby to lower the ship's shields. Elvis will greet you after an elevator ride and give you an AR34,use it to mow down more advancing Skedar. Make your way to the upper levels,where you can find a Shield guarded by a lone Skedar. You then have to find the Star Map,where Elvis can access the Navigation Systems of the ship. Then,find the Engine Room and disable them with your weapons. The last thing you'll need to do is gain control of the cockpit. Wipe out any remaining Skedar that come up to stop you,and the ship will be yours!
