To play "Pirate DOOM" yourself, you must first own DOOM II on PC (Steam is probably your best bet) AND also download a DOOM wad service provider, such as ZDOOM or GZDOOM. I'm reading that GZDOOM is the only one that works for Pirate DOOM, so...yeah. You can then download "Pirate DOOM." Once you have everything you need, I highly recommend looking up instructions on what to do next. You basically have to drop the WAD file of Pirate DOOM (listed as "Pirates!.wad) onto the GZDOOM file (listed as "gzdoom.exe") and you'll be given the option to choose DOOM II as a means to run it. I'm not an expert by any means, but this is exactly how it has to be done. Again, look it up yourself if you're having trouble.

*Note from the Pirate DOOM Wikipedia page*
The soundtrack features music taken from:
The Monkey Island series, composed by Michael Land, Peter McConnell and Clint Bajakian
Grim Fandango, composed by Peter McConnell
Outlaws, composed by Clint Bajakian, and sequenced in MIDI by Gabrio "KBL" Secco
Day of the Tentacle, composed by Michael Land
Super Mario World
Ghosts 'n Goblins
AC/DC - Highway To Hell

Banjo-Kazooie
Banjo-Tooie
Stan Jones ((Ghost) Riders in the Sky: A Cowboy Legend, sequenced in MIDI by R. G. Allen
Mozart (Piano Sonata No. 11, Movement 3 - Rondo Alla Turca)

SO, if you wish to avoid copyright and want to record this game yourself, I HIGHLY recommend removing the audio from your gameplay footage AT LEAST during the AC/DC sequence
