This is clearly inspired by Descent. You can rotate and twist all around... but unfortunately it's a pre-analog control game. Which means movement takes some getting used to. D-pad rotates, and X/O/Square/triangle strafe. R1 is gas and R2 is reverse... And that's not even including the SELECT combination buttons. Still, the game seems alright. In fact, it even got a remake recently, and apparently you can buy it on Steam. Presumably with proper mouse controls.
