At the Spencer Memorial Hospital, I fought zombies by going around at the hospital and went outside by finding the key to unlock the door to the locker room. After finding the Hospital Card, a Hunter Beta shows up and you need to avoid its instant death attack and claw attacks. The only way to kill is to use Grenades, Acid Rounds, or shoot to their heads. I also found the Cassette and Tape to enter in the lab to find Dr. Baird who is found dead. After looking at the computer, I manage to find the Vaccine so I could cure Jill. There’s a horde of zombies coming in the hospital trying to attack Tyrell by destroying the barricade, so there’s no backing out now! I have to kill lots of zombies and hunters while Tyrell is working on a security system. When Tyrell is done, more zombies enter through hospital at the door so I have no choice but to use the detonator to blow the pillar in thirty seconds. When the timer starts, I need to kill more zombies so when the timer runs out, the detonator explodes causing the pillar to fall and block the door. After fending off zombies, Jill is now cured so I have to find Lockers with lockpicks to find items, and case outside to get a revolver. After finding the revolver, I manage to get out of the hospital to the underground and find Nickolai.
